NESTAFLEX 226 ConveyorsThe 226 is a flexible gravity conveyor specifically designed for handling multi-sized packages in low- to medium-volume applications. All-steel construction provides structural integrity when the conveyor is fully extended or configured in simple or compound curves. The 226 is frequently used with packaging equipment in low- to medium-volume receiving departments or on assembly lines(Nylon Wheels shown in picture).

Specifications

Capacity with 5-1/4" Axle Centers: Fully extended - 226 lbs per linear foot.
Skate Wheel Options: P - Black polymer with 7 steel ball bearings in a captive race.
N - Red nylon with nylon bushing.
S - Steel skate with steel ball bearings.
Axles: 5/16" diameter steel axles.
Axle Centers: Standard 5-1/4" axle centers. Restrictors with 3 or 4-inch centers available.
Leg Sets and 2-Point Connection: 1-1/8" OD, Adjustable 11-gauge steel inner leg and zinc-plated cross-brace.
Height Adjustment: Standard: 28" to 44"
Optional: 20" to 28", 25" to 38", 36" to 52"
Side Links and Connections: 11 gauge zinc-plated steel. Top connections: 5/16" steel axels with lock nuts. Cross-point connections: steel pivot pins with spring-loaded retainers. Bottom connections: Pivot pins and 5/16" steel rods.
Box Stop/Handle: 12-gauge steel tubing. Folds down.
Couplers: Standard couplers. Universal connectors are available.
Casters: 5" x 1-1/2" swivel caster with side foot brake on both ends.
Warranty: 18 Month.
